I had not been doing well for the last few days. I had been eating carbs again. I had also been craving carbs. I feel awfully guilty. Tomorrow I will be back on track.
135,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 22,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 62,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

Once you start eating them the you just seem to want more and more. So frustrating! Good luck getting back on track.

I can't sustain keto or LCHF. It's the main reason people fall off of it. I admire people who can go years without eating corn, wheat and sugar. That's not me. I also can't deal with daily caloric restriction. I have found fasting is something I can work with. It's easier for me to avoid it than measure it. When I fast, I'm less hungry than when I'm trying to control my intake, so it's easier for me. When I eat, I eat what I want (within reason). Even I know that desserts are off the table for now. I don't need that mess.
