Suma....when ur running on empty and can only see storms...stop running and take a minute to dance in the rain. Shut everything out for half an hour, have a long bath, lie down with ur headphones on and meditate, get ur favourite songs on and either dance, colour in or play cards, solitaire...anything to distract and stop ur mind from turning and allow u to relax for a while...ur thoughts will organise themselves in the background. Insight Timer app, relaxing sounds, meditations, binaural beats, hemi sync, cbt.....
