Nice job! 

I just started mine, too, but I'm not weighing in right now. Not after eating a pound of food today...lol. 

I'm using this mornings weight, mine has started at 6.....fast away! 

I will probably weigh again in the morning.  

Ahhhhh, so my fasting kickoff was a nice long Epsom salt soak with Grapefruit, lemon-grass and sage essential oils. I am relaxed and I smell fabulous 💖💖💖 

@deb That sounds lovely! I had a nice Epsom Salt with ashwagandha soak. 🙂 

I was going for a detox formula, but I was out of Juniper and cedarwood, I need to replenish my EO collection! 

It's pouring rain here; I couldn't shove the dogs out the door, but I could dust off my dumbells ......Hmmm. 

I've read that Epsom salt, baking soda, & apple cider vinegar is a great detox formula. I was planning on doing that until I had to pour my entire 5lb bag of baking soda in the pool. 😏 

Ohhhh... deb... duhhh... 🤪 Yes, I love those fragrances as well, especially sage. 

Look at you….cutting that weight off….wtg
