Haven’t stepped on the scale for weeks, but it looks like my calories in are still slightly lower than my expended energy. Not hungry, just comfortable with the amount being consumed. May have to drop it by another 100 or walk 20 more minutes.

Thanks, @Morticia! @Russell: I'm fitting into 90% of my clothes now, and the handful of snug items should fit in about 3 pounds. I've been busy with life instead of focusing on shrinking fat cells, so it's taking longer. How's the traveling going?

It’s ok that it’s taking longer. Shows you will not regain even when life takes over. Traveling is about 75-90% now but it’s actually getting easier. I drove to Chicago (from CT) so I could take my wife and granddaughter. Leaving for two weeks in Orlando (flying) but taking my wife. I have an extra pressure cooker, rice maker, and air fryer that I ups to my destination. No change in anything I’m doing wether I am at home or on the road

I had a 3-day weekend recently and spent a couple of lunches steaming big heads of cauliflower and broccoli in the hotel room's microwave. This does not always smell great, and the windows never open. Saves money, though, when you don't have a per diem to work with (pleasure trip).
