I'm sorry that I've not been posting as much here recently. I had vacation, then I had to study for the GED. I am not proud of the weight gain. I hope that with the exercising that I am doing will combat it, and I will drop weight. I got my head held high for that one. I am hoping that I will drop 20lbs this month. I am doing a lot of cardio, and some strength training. Wish me luck!

I don't want to discourage you from exercising, because it is a huge part of the healthy lifestyle. But, no matter how much running that you do, you cannot out run the fork. Try to swap your high calorie favorites for lower calorie alternatives that satisfy your hunger. Weight loss only occurs when you have a calorie deficit. That is a medical fact. Keep pushing at the gym, muscles burn more calories than fat. Best wishes.

Two lb could be water weight. I wouldn't stress too much. A 2 lb gain on vacation is pretty conservative in my opinion.
