Holy crap! I know how hard it is to eat when you have a crazy schedule. Please take care though! Don’t run yourself ragged. I’m dropping weight fast too since I’m back to work. I hit 10k steps yesterday. It’s been a while since that happened. And got just about 4 miles. I don’t have time to actually eat throughout the day so I’m only getting 1 or 2 meals in.😳

Neicy Can been wondering how you have been doing at work. I have too much time to eat with all the time I spend driving around but I attempt to keep lots of low calorie foods with me otherwise I'm done for because I snack all day long I easily go through 1 lb of baby carrots a bunch of rice cakes, and 3 apples just driv8ng then I brake into the protein Bars because they taste like candy bars 😆 hows the new job hunt going?

Cheesegobbler84 , cindylynnwho my last weigh in was a month ago and ive been cutting back some of the weight I gained from stress, lack of sleep, working around the clock, stress and anger eating etc. Add in increased cardio and its Kinda like the perfect storm to lose muscle and gain body fat. Got most of the muscle back and cut back the body fat in preparation for my next race gotta offset that 7lb backpack I'll be carrying no need to drag any extra chunk up and down those mountains or hanging from obstacles. It puts me in a better spot for my bulk that will start begining of October as well. I leaned out nicely can really tell in my face, stomach , arms and back.
