Refocused. I am going to try to stick to getting high protein, which I think works for me. And sleep, and exercise daily. Let's see how it goes. My cousin has offered to attend WW meetings with me so we can be accountable to each other. Gotta figure out if the meetings are included in my membership or if I have to add them.

it most definitely works for me too. in the beginning I tried to follow the macros on here n it wasn't enough for me at all & I didn't lose for the longest time. when I started listening to my body I do really good with protein n it lasts so much longer in me. Also don't forget water that's another huge help.
