starting over cause I cant seem to stick to anything and i beat myself up for it so not gonna worry just move forward
90,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 14,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 16,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You and I have similar backgrounds. I'm also starting over after hopping back and forth from 200 to 160 to 191 to 173 and back up passed 200 again. I'm also doing intermittent fasting 18:6 with periodic 72 hour water fasts. Mine is moving much slower though. I got a gym membership with my son so hopefully that will help.

omgggg me too. I started this diet and ended up gaining 23 lbs. Just lost 3 lbs so I am trying to get back on track. yeah we can't beat ourselves up, just start over ❤️❤️
