Excited for the upcoming holidays! Thanksgiving and Christmas especially, but also to ring in the New Year a leaner, serener me than the past few years. Let's all stay on track and focused. I love the holidays but over the years it always seemed like bad things would happen during that time so now I’m not as enthusiastic about them… I do a cookie exchange with my husbands family so I have to be careful not to overeat during that time…💜
