An hour time on exercise bike. Active all afternoon. Hot fudge sundae with daughter last night watching tv. Hoping no damage, but there wont be any progress either. Felt terrible even as I was eating it.

Good job on that exercise!! Everyone needs a treat sometimes. Hot Fudge and chocolate sundaes are strangely one of the only sundaes I do not like and they are probably the most popular ones. I love cherry ones. Strawberry. Caramel. Peanut butter. Pineapple. Butterscotch. One of my fist jobs was as a soda jerk and I'm surprised I wasn't sick of ice cream for life. LOL.

Thank you Morticia! I am with you on the caramel and peanut butter sundaes, oh yum. I like to do peanut butter and marshmallow toppings together. I come from Massachusetts originally and the Fluffernutter (peanut butter and fluff) is our sandwich. So good. So bad. 😂. I'd have gained a ton at that job, Morticia!
