Fritzy, Sounds like we are both on same page…for me it’s all those freakin nuts! I put them in freezer thinking I wouldn’t eat them if they were frozen..well that didn’t work…I just have no will power right now…

I was able to leave the pistachios alone yesterday because they are in the garage refrigerator so not easy to get to. I like to lost my weight on Sundays and get frustrated that I always need to fast a day or two to show a loss and then the weight comes right back on even though I am super careful when breaking the fast. It's extra tough when there is no will power which is to be expected this time of year!

Me too. I have been off all month eating lots of junk. My weight had been up as much as 5+ and I would log it and then delete it !! Lol Today was a good day on the scale so I logged it. Let’s all get back on track. I also ate my way through two cans of Carolina bbq peanuts. I think they were 16 oz cans. 16 servings in each can at 170 calories per serving !!

Honeebuns, It's frustrating for sure! Plan on low carb today because we have a packed weekend ending with a big dinner on Sunday. I'm also finishing the sugar cookies for cookie exchange today. Next week will be peanut butter blossoms and chocolate bar cookies....oh boy!

Katsolo, so far so good today..next batch is a crapshoot on whether or not I'll partake...🩷😂😂😂😭😭😭

Losintown, same here. Did really good yesterday, carbs and calories low. No weight left as this morning. I need to stay off scale. I usually weigh myself twice a week, been fluctuating so much I'm back to daily weigh ins..Not good for me, I start obsessing.

You can call me a little blimpy this morning. Gonna have to move around some and skip lunch to make this work.

Katsolo, I feel same..I was at gym this morning. Up to 30 min on treadmill. Am able to get HR to 114. That's good for me. I will be walking a lot today. Going to a RV show/fair...
