Thank God the sun is out!!! Good morning peeps! I'll be having my daily fruit n yogurt with all bran buds for breakfast, no surprise there haha :D Gained 2 lbs of water weight overnight. Always discouraging but I only record my lowest weights, bc I do retain water and it fluctuates so much. By tomorrow it will likely be back down again. Going to grocery store today and picking up some Linden flower tea which is supposed to help with that. I sure hope so. Happy day everyone, do what you gotta do!

I usually only record weight losses too unless it is something significant where it is not just too much salt. Good luck with the tea.

Thanks Erin, I know, but it still is like "uggh", LOL
That's exactly how I do it, Morticia. The store I went to today didnt have the tea so I will run to the next town over tomorrow. I really want to see if it helps.

Wow, I didn't know that about elderflower syrup. Thanks for sharing that Margatyna! So I imagine then that the dried berries would produce the same effect? I make elderberry syrup so I actually have elderberries on hand. I think I might steep some. That's wonderful you have access to your own Linden blooms! 🌼🥰🫖

Finally a moment to sit (I hope) I'm looking into elderberries for water retention right now. I know they are good for so many things so it wouldn't surprise me. I bought these from Frontier Co-op. I have elder growing on my property. I brought cuttings from my old place and stuck them in the ground. They are huge now but the birds always beat me to the berries, lol. I let them have them 🤗
