Good morning Erin and Morticia! Hope you both are having a good morning despite the cold. Lol about Bailey not wanting to go out, she's a smart pupper! When it's rainy or cold Sasha puts off eating her breakfast so she doesnt have to go out LOL. Gotta love em! :)

Yes! Harder to get as much mvt in. We’ve been snowed in. I found this step video w a couple of Bruno Mars songs. It was easy/kinda fun but I got my steps in! I still prefer outdoor walks!

Yes, hard to get outside as much but also the longer evenings I get restless, and the cold too. My eating habits are infinitely easier to keep on track in the warmer months! Step video sounds fun, Storms!
