200 weigh-in this AM. It took 3 days to clear off the temporary gain from the get-together & meal for the Easter Egg Hunt. It was beautiful weekend in Middle Tennessee over the weekend and Monday. I did not exercise on Sunday, but played a really good game of golf on Monday, and am back at the bike today. It is a day to stay inside in this area. Middle Tennessee will be having severe weather today with thunderstorms, hail, rain, and tornado watches. Everyone have a wonderful day. God is good.
