Soda is fine if you can have it, don’t have a low calorie goal, and are healthy. It’s when people drink multiple a day that it’s a serious issue, or when they drink a giant soda, or drink I only a small amount but daily for years straight.
Just drink water too! Don’t drink soda and then dehydrate yourself.
