Thursday workout was 21 minutes lower body and core strength training, 16 min yoga
Friday was off day
Today is probably going to be treadmill and strength training. It is cloudy and not very spring-like. Boo.
Enjoying a cup of coffee. Hope you all are having a lovely Saturday. 🙂

Windy here, not walking yesterday but did do body pump at the gym...have a great weekend!

Haven’t been well since last Thu. Skipped kettle bell WO Thu. Rested 💯 % Friday. Walked 4 - 30 min walks yesterday. Will try kettle bell WO today, plus walking 2Xs. Still don’t feel 100%. Ugh. 🙄 Beautiful weather here in AR. ☀️
