Diario de Alilyadahlia, 14 may. 24

First time I have taken a weight since Thursday. I planned on a three day training week because I spent a long weekend in Orlando. Instead, I took the week off from training. There was plenty of walking, swimming, and even skating to be had this weekend in the hot Florida sun and it completely wiped me out. I will try to make one training day tomorrow to at least do something this week. I also wasn't able to really count calories. I ate decently clean considering being out of town. This weekend I would have reached my goal of cutting for 12 weeks. Being that I've been pretty steadily in a lean gain the past 2-3 weeks, I can say I didn't quite meet that goal this time. I think I will go back to low calories even if it means feeling like im not able to lift as heavy. I really can't gain weight right now in order to meet my goals for June. This week is all about getting caught up and back on track.
