196.8 lbs this morning, very pleased with that. I raised my RDI to 1850 and will continue to keep it there, I was actually higher the past couple days. Going to make this a rest day as far as any focused exercise, plans are to finish wiring the garage, go to church this afternoon to get ready for vacation bible school which starts tomorrow, and then out to dinner with my wife at a nice seafood restaurant this evening. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Thanks everyone. HCB - I did sneak in a little bit of ice cream and mini chocolates a couple times, just small amounts portion controlled. If I'm going to have them that's how I've got to do it.
