Diario de heidij123, 09 nov. 15

Went over on calories two days this week, and drank alcohol on 5 days. None of this is good! Also I think I could do more exercise. I'd better get my act together! Need to plan more so that I have time and energy to do this. I have been busy this week, doing fun things, but it's a matter of making choices about how I really want to spend my time.

Also I noticed that my BMR has gone down slightly due to weight having gone down, so I need to adjust my maximum daily calories accordingly. How annoying is that? Grrr. Oh well...

Your probably suffering the after effects of your summer activity. Bet your activity with sustained physical activity has dropped. Some beautiful places in Spain try going for longer walks.

Hey heidi, that's not too bad really, I dont know how much you drink but maybe you could cut that down to 4 days? I love a glass of wine myself but since I've been on my medication I only really have at most 2x 175ml glasses of wine on a fri and sometimes sat. I'm sure it will be off by your next weigh in x
