In 14 days, my son will return from GA to be a permanent Floridian again, just in time for Christmas. His GF and their dogs will be permanent on Dec 18th. Really looking forward to having them close after so long away.
Today I make banana nut jam and apple nut jam for Christmas gifts. Bought some pears so might try out a version of that too. Just can't eat 'em... :)

Very nice that your son will be closer and in time for the holidays too. The jams sound delicious, I'd have a hard time not sampling them in the process.
