Well, I stayed about the same this week. I had a cough the week before, it was going, then came back end of last week, and made me feel tired and hungry, so I ate a bit more, and exercised less, than I intended to. Still ended up with about 3000 cals deficit, but I know it needs to be more like 4500 for me to lose. Anyway, I think I'm probably carrying a bit of extra water this morning!
Next week will hopefully be better, as I should be feeling better, and able to eat and exercise properly. Still happy about my body fat percent (24.6%)! In general, it's going well, and you can't have a good week every week, can you? At least I didn't gain!
