My weight has stayed unchanged despite of following diet and doing sports. Even belly size has not reduced even for a cm. And it is even worse - I think it has bulged so my dresses don't look good on me. But let's keep head up and continue to do what we need to do ;) Have a wonderful time!

if diet was easy every body would be doing it. just keep trying and you will constantly get better at it. The harder you try the faster you will lose.
