Thank you Gleny1220. This weigh in is way better than I anticipated. Can you believe that while participating on days 13 & 14 of Oprah & Deepak 21 day meditation experience: Shedding the Weight: Mind, body and spirit that I would binge? LOL. Tho, I absolutely love the meditations!! Now that I finished my jar of raw almond butter, there are no more trigger foods in my house. Yes, you read that, I ate the whole jar in 2 days. LOL. I'm surprised I didn't devour it in one sitting. Now that that is out of my system, I am back on my journey to greatness!
