Greeting the rain with my cup of coffee and my AC is still working. Storm wasn't really a thing at my house although there were some areas that lost power for a bit apparently. Tried to open my back door this morning for some fresh (cool) air but it's hot soup out there so closed it back up, enjoying the cool inside.
Backing off the salty stuff today and adding veg. Didn't do bad but thinking that's letting the water hang on and not getting things processing properly or quickly. Definitely had enough to drink yesterday trying to keep cool.
