How often do you plunge boldly into your life? What exactly does it mean? To take hold of suddenly or forcibly; grasp. It's forceful action, bold, in control.

Inch by inch...Greeting the morning with my caramel macchiato flavored coffee...mmmmm. Such a nice way to start the day.

Went to go see Finding Dory last night and it was really cute. I turned down soda and popcorn (wished I had a water though!) so no salt residue from that, only from the chicken stirfry I made. Happy to see a small drop today.

My 14s are getting baggy and my 12s are on but a little tight. There's that 3-4 lb. in between stage, like when you're growing out your hair after having it layered...all sorts of weird and uncomfortable lol.

Today we're just doing the doing. Go seize your life.
