felt good to ride Gooood mornin fs...was nice to be able to get out an do a morning ride after 3 days of rain...streets was still wet, which i dont really care for..to much chance of front wheel sliding out an down you go...but was nice just to go for a ride..temp outside 68 and it was a foggy ride...but o so nice...on one road heard cats screeching ...on another road had a small skunk pass within 5 foot of me...so nice to have a front bike light that put out so much light that cars slow down 2-3 blocks when they are comin towards you...welp..first latte is gone...an boy did it taste good...my tummy has been tellin me it was hungry since 330am this mornin..but my ride an journaling come first...

well..its been fun...time to feed my tummy..have agreat humppy day...thank for stoppin in...

You are inspiring me to get out and FIND a place to ride. I might have to move for that. So glad you got out today. I like your morning ritual. I need to get me one!

i keep my rides on calendar, my weight is on there as well..i was lookin back thru 3 years to see when i first started gaining weight..back in jan 2015 my weight started going up..before jan of 15 it was below 300...i was just curious as to when i started gaining the weight back...

ty lizzy...i really enjoy riding first thing in the morning...i leave the house at 430am...an really only reason i leave that early..its best time to go..everyone but me is still in bed..no traffic to stop for..its a great workout..an im done when everyone else is just getting up...

ty kathleen...my motivation comes from knowing that the weight will come off slower without exercise...if i ride..then it will help it come off faster...this morning before my ride i was at 302.8...i came back from my ride...an ta da...i was down to 301.4....so thats the motivation...
