Yesterday I was up a lb. I was a bit dejected. For two days, first no change, second, up a lb. I was feeling a little jaded. For a moment I let it get to me. Then I said Enough. Got up did housework, had a visit from my son and made a BAS with grilled chicken seasoned with paprika. As I was making it I wished that I knew how how to post pics. I don't normally do that. But it looked that good. It is funny how the longer I do this the more my mind changes on how I look at things. When I was at the store I was going to get a dark chocalate candy bar with sea salt. I portion it out and eat a quarter of it. That would be a little over 5 carbs. I went to get it then stopped. I didn't want the carbs. A month ago or even sooner those 5ish carbs wouldn't have bothered me. Win win. Hope everyone has a good day.
