Finally going down! I am 0.2 pounds away from my last weigh-in before Christmas. It's taken a long time to bounce back! On the bright side, I am once again just "regular overweight" and not obese. That was the most difficult part to accept these past few weeks. When I originally passed 196 I celebrated the end of obesity, only for it to come back on and stay there. Until now! Very very pleased!
