Hey Kellin! Thanks for the support! To answer your question I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks, not 1. So I guess I lost about 2 pounds a week. Basically, I cut out sugar and alcohol altogether and went way down on carbs. Lots of fruits and veggies for me! Sorry for the weird place for my response. I couldn't figure out how to reply the 'correct' way.
