Got home yesterday morning after a whole day and night of travelling. Had a few naps on the plane and in the car while Mike drove us home from Stansted, so didn't feel too bad yesterday, and got all the laundry done as all of our clothes were full of dust. Haven't tried cleaned my trainers yet though, a little job for today, I think. Glad I took the old grey one's, and not my new black ones!

Weight is not too bad considering 😀 I did try to control eating a bit, but basically for uncomfortable anyway if I ate too much,c and I think I must have got more exercise than I thought. All that walking round breakfast buffets maybe.... LOL!

Not bad at all, Heidi, for a wonderful trip away. You'll probably find a lot of it goes quick too. Flights always put weight on me - most be water retention I guess. Anyway, your photos are fantastic - and you're still looking really slim! Love the sweet photo of the seals snuggling up - what a couple of love bugs!

Doobs, I think they were a mother and pup. She might have been about to bite him, lol! They do look very sweet, though!

It all depends on whether you eat OK when its warm. I tend to eat less and my daughter came back from Africa looking the same as when she went, slim. She said she walked a lot without realising it.

Mindfull, it was their winter, and not particularly warm. Anyway my appetite is mostly stimulated by the time of day and the availability of food! I always put on weight when travelling, except for the time many years ago when we went to India and Nepal for 6 months, and I lost about a stone due to tummy upsets and hiking in the Himalayas! Italy was the worst, though, 5 months of pasta, pizza and ice-cream.... I was mostly vegetarian at the time, so didn't want to eat meat, and fish was expensive to eat out, and too smelly to cook in the van. Also a long time ago.

lol Italy is too much Pasta and lovely foods. When I went, I was eating with the Hotel owners family, and relatives. They could sure put on a spread that was far too hard to say no to. Lets hope we can both loose a bit now with the challenge :)
