Had to subsist from a vending machine since my whole30 Food was in a different building last night. Made it worse by going all out and drinking beer. Need to stop thinking “tomorrow is a new day” and just think “next hour is a new hour” and not throw in the towel if I don’t have the food I want to eat.

77,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
