I did make fat head dough this week and Keto almond flour scones. So a bit more almond flour than usual this past week. My fasting stopped, back to 3 meals a day. I don't usually snack because If I eat breakfast I'm ok. But last week at home I was able to fast and just stick to two meals and no snacking. There is cheese at almost every meal, another potential culprit.
Thinking I need to cut down on that... so hard.
Walking has been the same. Morning walk about every other day.
