Today was the very first day I️ did not eat breakfast (no time n I️ planned for sugary treats instead...well I️ notice I️ was more hungrier than usual all day long. I️ guess having sugary stuff for breakfast is not good for me. I️ still managed to stay under 1700 calories n I️ can to the gym. When I️ get home I️m gonna hide in my room n not walk into the kitchen.
