Just got back from over a week on vacation. Finding food choices was a challenge as we were constantly on the run. We we sure t pack atkins friendly snacks and carefully cose places to eat. Was temped but everywhere I went if I thought about it I could find good stuff to eat...and not just salads.
only mishap I had was ordering a low carb burger from Hardees and forgetting to ask for no ketchup. No harm done it seems by the way I lost over my vacation time.
one note: McDonalds has a decent salad but their salad dressings are not atkins friendly. Nine carbs in a ranch dressing...ouch. Paul Newman prefers his dressings sweet I guess.
