Not sure how I've managed to lose another pound. My weight was flip flopping back and forth this past week and I've now been down another pound for a couple of days. It will probably flip flop this week, too. Just glad to see it going down despite having over indulged a few days. Maybe I needed more calories. I know having too few calories can put your body into conservation mode. Anyway, here's to a good Monday y'all!!
