Spike day was an eye opening experience... I thought it'd be harder to eat 3500 cals but as it turns out it only took a couple of "normal" American meals to complete the task... No wonder i am overweight!
Now that my cravings are satisfied, I can move on with my weight loss plan. Woot Woot!
