Diario de chesgreen, 06 ene. 16

I think I am going to log my weight on FS once a week on Wednesdays. I am a little obsessed with the scale and I want to take in to account any screw ups over the weekend and weight adjustments to follow on Monday and Tuesday.

I survived a request to stop at a fast food joint to pick up dinner for the kids because they were sick of leftovers. For 14 minutes, I had to endure the smell of Whoppers and Fries. I did it.

I go home and ate a small meal (logged it of course) and went on the treadmill for 1 hr.

I treated myself to some almond milk with granola cereal.

I hope this exercise and controlled eating stuff works!

Nice job Ches. I weigh every day but record once a week and am probably a little too focused on the scale at times. You're off to a good start.
