Scale not budging. No problem. Actually, it swung up 5 pounds in 10 days but I refused to log it.

I ran at American International College last night. I was faster and I ran further. I will succeed!
94,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You sound like you've put on lean muscle while losing fat. Scales move up sometimes in that scenario. It should start moving back down.

I gained weight today after my fast. but I lifted weights kinda hard monday (just getting back in to that). I ahve also gained weight (mysteriously) while eating very salty wings...then it came off the following day.

- 45 lbs down ~ Goal Achieved Oct 2016 and June 2017!! - 50 lbs down ~ Goal Achieved Oct 2016, and July 2017!! Ches - I'm right with you! I'm up and down in the same 10 lb range for about a year now. Unintentional maintenance! I lost 40 lbs last year and there I sit. I maintain ketosis most of the time; eat healthy, but to lose i have to really step it up and then fight to hold it. I'm doing better this week - adding back in the IF seems to be the ticket, and of course staying active. I recall that we were racing to see who gets to 200 first ---- well I've been there and back a few times. LOL! Hang in there buddy; we shall prevail!
