Over doing exercise will not get u closer to ur goal, being on a caloric deficit will lead u to ur goal
Lol always easier to blame something/someone

I wouldn't say strictly that eating over 1500 calories is over eating. Especially if you're working out that much. It really depends on the person and their caloric needs. I work out once a day 5 days a week, eat between 1700 and 1800 and am losing fat. It all depends on the person. I think it is unfair to say someone is over eating when they eat more than 1500 calories

Working out creates a higher caloric deficit, so it certainly helps. For me, eating 1200 calories doesn’t put me at a very high deficit unless I’m making an effort to be more active and work out. This person could be miscalculating their 1400-1500 calories. Or they could be going WAY over when they do go over, causing an average calorie intake that’s too high for weight loss. Or something else I’m not thinking of, I don’t know them or their plan so it’s hard to say.
