Awesome!!1 It took me nearly 3 years but I have now kept it off for 4.5!!! Slow is good. Changes your life not a diet with an end date.

It took me 2 years the first time to lose 80 lbs. Slow and steady and you keep the weight off. Lose it Fast and you tend to gain it back and then some. When I found my weight creeping back on I took immediate action to drop it. That 20 lbs took about a year because I’m older and not active due to a disability. I watch my diet like a hawk. I do have “cheat” meals but I make sure those are infrequent. I am very disciplined and motivated.

You gain the weight back cause your diet did not teach you the first rule... the diet is a forever diet.

The way you eat while on a deficit, the kinds of foods you eat while on a deficit are the same you you must eat while on maintenance. The only difference is that you an extra pair of apples 🍎 😋

That’s why it’s so important to eat all foods while on a deficit, pretty much to prepare you for maintenance. Control a piece a cake while on a deficit so when you are in the real world (maintenance ) u can handle yourself.

Oh yes and if you decrease activity level you must decrease calories, or you will gain weight
