It took me 2 years the first time to lose 80 lbs. Slow and steady and you keep the weight off. Lose it Fast and you tend to gain it back and then some. When I found my weight creeping back on I took immediate action to drop it. That 20 lbs took about a year because I’m older and not active due to a disability. I watch my diet like a hawk. I do have “cheat” meals but I make sure those are infrequent.
I am very disciplined and motivated.
