How were you so lucky? Wonder what you will learn? 

Liv001 I turned a friend onto keto who is a type one diabetic. She has lowered her insulin amount by 75% and her blood sugar is better than they have been most of her life at 65! 👍 I haven't tested my blood glucose in a long time and it's right now shortly after dinner only 82 🍴🍴 that's a shock and great. 😒

Feel like it's working, but it is. My blood sugar stayed in the 70s all night , and it was 76 when I woke up. I just had a cup of coffee with cream after work and it is going down and now 71 . This is bizarre for me. I think it is good. FOUR or five months ago I was always over one hundred

Zero to hero, thanks for the link. That's crazy, don't know how it would work for type 1. And insulin has to stay cool. And dosing changes all the time. Interesting article.
