Ate garlic bread, Ugh!! I am okay with that but my body is not.. I was so hungry for sweets well any food a few hours later, I had to tell myself to not eat... Dang carbs.. okay drop still trying to find food that fits my life, will get there or starve trying.. Here is to another week of adventures with new foods and exercising 😊
