I've been eating this salad every day since starting last Thursday. I used to have a Banquet Mega Bowl every day. By 6pm I would start craving sweets then it was off to the freezer for icecream, vanilla wafers or the cookies in my cookie jar. I can't believe I haven't craved that stuff since I stopped. I know I have a sugar addiction though because I've been off the alcohol since 1997. I go to my meetings every day and sometimes people bring in donuts or cake or cookies. I make myself walk past that stuff and ignore it. It's not easy but I pray alot and my God gets me through.
