Back goals - you know in all this time I've been at this body recomposition thingy - I never once thought to look at what was going on back there...LOL. It was my mother who mentioned in passing that my back was really starting to show some definition. So, I decided to take a peek. Well, oh my lamb - lookie there. The whole time all that was happening and I didn't even know it!

Nice! I was the same way. Mostly do most muscular to analyze gains but I like the back even more now. It is much harder to see though, haha!

So, true - much less challenging to capture and see obliques, tri-ceps, and of course the almighty guns! Even getting this back shot was not an easy feat. I might have gained some muscle just trying to get this angle, LOL. But, it's a nice a little surprise for sure :-)
