Good morning JC, I'm glad you put in your post about autoimmune diseases. You are definitely right! There is no cure! We may get ourselves into remission for a while, but we are not cured. I would say outside of a miracle from the Lord I just need to be very careful and stick with my doctor and all she has to tell me to do. I have an amazing rheumatologist and she takes very good care of me. I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia, vasculitis, and diabetes Type 2. I'm constantly watching all that I do and seriously trying to take off 90 lb. I'm a small person. I should not weigh more than 115 lb. I enjoy your posts.

Good morning skinnyminilinny my friend ☀️💜💚☕️🍂🍁 yes they often come in 2’s or more. I have of course Fibromyalgia and RA, lLivedo Reticularis, and possibly ankylosing spondylitis, were still figuring that out. It’s a reality for us and should never be taken lightly. It can be debilitating and has involvement with our internal organs as well. I like being open and sharing myself. These are reasons why I ask for help or ideas with exercise ❤️ Plus it brings people together who share the same experiences and gives knowledge to people who don’t know. THERE IS NO CURE If something isn’t right, get your hiney to your doctor!!
