Sorry about the bright light - but stoked about hitting a new personal record for 45 seconds on the L-sit. Finally, found a way to get a little more height 😂

That is awesome, and even more awesome you are doing it in your living room! please share what is the bars called and where did you purchase them? I can visibly see the tone in your legs and arms and I really want to achieve that!

Thanks eat_little - those are called dip bars or "stability bars". They can be used to do all sorts of exercises like dips, L-sits, and inverted rows. If you're interested in purchasing them, you can go to amazon and type in "dip bars" in the search option and they'll pop right up. They've been instrumental in helping to develop my lower abdominals and triceps. Not to mention, forearms, biceps, and back muscles. It's worth the investment if they're used consistently.
