Did you have a Sleeve or Bypass? I'm surprised you can have that for a meal. 

No not at all and I don’t judge any who have. This happened to be my OMAD yesterday ( one meal a day) you don’t have to do OMAD either. I just wasn’t hungry. I thoroughly enjoyed Thanksgiving but stayed well within my RDI. Stick around and find you own WOE ( way of eating) move more 💪 log all of your foods to stay accountable, if it isn’t a headache. Just be honest with yourself. I save room for meals such as these. I mostly do LCHF and LCHP and Mediterranean.

Thanksgiving I did ok with eating. Today was my downfall. After meals were input I was shocked to see 845 cal. This is not good. Tomorrow I will be mire diligent in my meals. Ugh 

Well. I missed this convo. Busy week here, and busy month. And watch it chestnut, you have no idea what I’m like, you don’t even know me. But I’ll tell you this, first thing I’d do is pour all your alcohol down the sink and give your cat away. 😂😂
