Diario de Katsolo, 22 mar. 20

Decided to support my small local grocer today instead of Costco or Target. Bought golden beets, potatoes, onions, sweet potatoes and two different colors of kale since I didn't like the looks of the packaged spinach which was not my normal brand and was twice the price for half as much. Also bought tortillas, because life. Other veggies, of course.

I'm thinking spaghetti squash tonight, mix up something with kale in it for the rest of the week. Will flip a coin on whether to cook a chicken or a pork tenderloin.

Also picked up one of the tiny Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice creams. Which I will log now because it's not going to last the day. I know it will definitely hit the sugar spot.

Clouding up, so going to swim now.
