we all have set backs and triumphs along this journey, it sounds like you have a healthy perspective on things, I hate logging my weight gains too but for me it helps me hit the reset button and start again tomorrow, I wish you success and health in your journey, keep up the good work.

Been a while since I was on and remember you from before. I can’t tell you how inspiring it is to see you committed to your health journey. No matter if we get sidetracked or not, just getting back in the game is most important ❤️

Just being present and posting here can really help to stay on track. This is a tough time for all of us and you are doing better than most and much better than me!

Come on CG! You know you can! I know you can! I’m guessing you got a great woman and she’s a great cook and you just can’t say no cause it would hurt her feelings right? 😜

Oh I've been there! 😊 Hang tight! I'm glad you are here! I love reading your updates. Sounds like you've got a lot to keep you moving in the next little while! I often have really long walks... Like 8 to 10 miles. When I couldn't fit them in, I sometimes didn't go. I've been trying to train my brain that a three miler is far and away better than not going at all! Have a great week!!!

I had a gain that put me farther from that elusive "1" and it took me time to recover it. I ended up "rage walking" because my husband dropped 10 lbs while I was doodling back and forth with the same 5. It IS terribly frustrating, but you are owning it and that's the first step in recovering lost ground. We're with you!!

"Own it, don't bemoan it!" - just like you always do. That's why you'll succeed longterm! #RightMindSet

I do the same thing, Ches. If my gain is too embarrassing to post, I wait a few days until the difference is a little less shocking. The important thing is that you will post again, and you haven’t given up. Way to go! Cheering for you!

Don't be embarrassed Ches. We all have our ups and downs. You owned it, now let it motivate you to be consistent about eating up to your calorie goal... You got this!!!

Face whats happening, feel how you feel, feel how you want to feel and get on to tryna get to a process that works. It is definitely a process and we just have to keep tweaking until we find a sustainable process that moves the needle.
