I'm finally trying a dish my friend has been telling me about for years. A zucchini & squash noodles with fresh broc, cauliflower & instead of butter I'm going to use olive oil plant butter & diced garlic in olive oil. This plate also has sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts & red peppers. I'm getting excited for dinner tomorrow😁😁😁
